The award is given to salespeople for high volume, proper use (integrity) and sales in the top 1%.

Schoeck, also the TTI Trainer of the Year in 1999, received his BA in Psychology from Florida State University and did his post-graduate research in Behavioral Psychology at the University of Florida. Schoeck also hosts seminars in human behavior, communications and team building.
