Lisa’s mission is to reduce suffering in the workplace. She has spent her career uncovering challenges and offering insights that lead to new behaviors, actions, and results. In addition to her business activities, Lisa is a founding board member of Journeys of Solutions, a nonprofit organization that focuses on infrastructure improvements, health care, and educational needs in third world countries. In her free time, Lisa enjoys traveling, kayaking, skiing, golfing, hiking, and spending time with her three grown children and husband.

Susan brings to Data Dome over 25 years of experience in program management and client education in the organizational development industry. She has worked in both consultative and administrative positions in those years. Most recently, she has put her focus on educating clients to confidently implement Data Dome’s products and programs in-house. Clients are grateful for her partnership; from helping to design and launch their initial program to the dedicated, ongoing support she provides. She is passionate about creating positive and productive workplaces and how Data Dome’s work improves people’s work (and personal!) relationships, careers, and organizational results.

Susan enjoys spending time with her daughters, reading, outside activities, and caring for her small petting zoo.

In 2019 Brittany joined the Data Dome team after 12 years in the hospitality industry. During that time she held many roles but specialized in client services and event coordination. She now works closely with our client administrators to ensure that every aspect of the program experience is delivered with ease and efficiency. Her philosophy is grounded in a human-centric approach to managing projects and ensuring that quality and service exceed client expectations. She is grateful to be working with such an amazing team at Data Dome and making a positive difference in the workplace.

Originally from Upstate, NY, Brittany now resides outside of Charlotte, NC with her husband, two growing boys and large goldendoodle. Together they enjoy being active on land and water, traveling adventures and a growing number of sporting activities.
