DNA 25® Competencies

Our DNA® 25 Competencies – Personal Skills assessment measures a person’s transferable job skills, sometimes called “soft skills” because they apply in virtually any work environment. These include skills such as Personal Accountability, Leadership, Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Interpersonal Skills.

Research has uncovered a high correlation between soft skills and career success. For example, top-performing entrepreneurs and salespeople tend to have above-average scores across the board. However, development of a personal skill may not be beneficial if it’s not required in your current role.

Training and Development

Our DNA® 25 Competencies assessment establishes a baseline for the development of key skills – those required for success in a given job role. While our DISC and Driving Forces assessments measure a person’s behavioral tendencies and drivers, DNA® 25 reveals their learned skills. This provides a more complete understanding of the individual’s development.

Selection

An exciting thing about DNA 25 is its role in hiring. When used in combination with DISC and Driving Forces, a complete view of a job candidate can produce a much higher level of confidence in hiring than without.
